If you are a connoisseur of cutting edge, Asian contemporary dance, consider supporting us by donating. Every donation tier supports a particular programme that forms the pillars of our hard work: to teach and to promote original, modern dance from its traditional roots.

Donation Tiers

STUDENT BENEFACTOR: $1,200

Supports 2 students-in-need for their annual fees. All student fees go directly to our company teachers who work tirelessly to build a community through dance and the cost of sustaining the space our studio- a home to many dancers from far and wide.

PRODUCTION BENEFACTOR: $2,500

Supports the venue costs of hiring theatre spaces that will host Chowk’s future public performances. The costs of producing a live performance includes hiring of technical and artistic personnel, production equipment and material, and marketing costs.

 These performances are a keystone to our company’s work which allows us to connect with our audience through what we love the most: performing and moving people through dance.

ARTIST BENEFACTOR: $6,000

Supports our dedicated associate artists who train, perform with, and teach within the company. Chowk nurtures young artists to grow their potential as professional artists of an international standard. Supporting these artists provides them with financial support to continue working in the arts and contributing to our arts landscape for future generations.
